I know it's been a while since last I've posted something (more than a month), but I'm still around; just very pre-occupied.
-The progress on the Android game I'm developing is going smoothly. It's mainly tweaking, updating and refurbishing that needs going on.
-Writing fanfiction is still a thing: You'll find a small excerpt from a new piece I'm writing below this post.
-My kids are a year old now (since yesterday, the 13th of January)
-I have a wedding in four months (mahgawd!)
-I'm still writing my novel
-Youtube is taking up time
-Spending more and more time with the family.
And that's just the short version, as I'm too lazy to go into any details.
Don't worry, I'll soon have something new to post!
Excerpt:
"Indonai was indecisive as to what role she would fill as an Adventurer of the Alliance. A healing role was what she wanted; to aid the injured and defenceless. The light did not call to her, nor did nature speak to her, so Priest and Druid were out of order. Her sisters were more fortunate in that regard: Liliyanam her younger sister, showed Druidical prowess from an early age; and Dorinae, her older sister, was already part of the Sisters of Elune for quite some time.Liliyana was not yet of age to train, so she practiced on her own on a daily basis, whereas Dorinae was at a stagnant stage of her Priesthood; stuck in Darnassus, unable to enter the field and grow further. In some regard Indonai was quite happy not having the Light call to her. Just as she was about to give up, the Pandaren joined the Alliance, showing off their skills as Monks. Indonai made up her mind then and went into apprenticehood under Laoxi, a brawly Pandaren with a heart of gold."

I'm on Youtube!
As the title states: I'm on Youtube! After losing my job, and being stuck on my home-course assignments and waiting on responses from my teacher/people on different forums I asked for help, I decided to start my Youtube channel, under the same name as my DevArt page. Want to know what I'm going to post?

Relief
So I finally gathered the courage to tell my boss I'm going to be looking for different work. I just feel.. out of place at my current workspace; programming software for logistics isn't my cup of tea, nor is programming in Delphi 2010/XE6.
I have decided to go to night school for web-development. Think HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, WordPress and even a PHP-Masterclass to get my Mastersdegree. Meanwhile, I'm going to be working on my Android-course, lay low and let C# and .NET wait, as I am not sure if I can combine home courses and night school, because I get stressed out very quickly (another con of the.. syndrome, I have).
I will also
Work work work.. and frustration!
So, I recently heard I might be layed-off, AKA get fired. I have mixed feelings about it, but I guess that's just me. The job pays good, but it's not for me; I'm more at home programming games than 3rd party software for consumers.
Speaking of; work on a little Indie Studio a buddy of mine and I are trying to start is going well. I recently finished work on a management system so we can assign tasks to eachother, and I'm full. The management system itself was quite an undertaking (fully PHP, no CSS or Javascript; because I'm a bauws) but works near flawless. It also takes a load off us, as it makes management easyer. It's also a system that'
Life has been kind
So life is treating me less shitty as of late, and I like it!
I've actually managed to get some work done; both at work and off work, though I've had to call WoW and Wildstar quits for now (sadface).
Still have the syndrome, won't leave me so easily, but I can live with it.
I have a few things I'll post on DA soon(tm), so stay tuned!
